1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the MIDigital website (midigital.agency) and contracting our services, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you disagree, please do not use the site or contract our services.

2. Service description

MIDigital offers digital activation services for local businesses, including website design and development, local SEO setup, WhatsApp Business integration, Google Business Profile optimization, and monthly maintenance.

The initial setup service has a one-time cost of $200 USD. The monthly maintenance costs $50 USD/month, with no minimum contract period.

3. Delivery timeline

The estimated system activation timeline is 7 business days from payment confirmation and receipt of necessary materials (logo, photos, text). This timeline may extend if the client does not provide materials on time.

4. Ownership of delivered work

Once the setup payment is complete, the design and code of the website belong to the client. MIDigital retains the right to mention the project as a portfolio reference, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

If the client cancels the monthly plan, they will receive all website files within a maximum of 5 business days.

5. Cancellation

The client may cancel the monthly plan at any time, without penalties. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

6. Limitation of liability

MIDigital does not guarantee specific sales, traffic, or ranking results, as these depend on multiple external factors (Google algorithms, competition, market). We commit to implementing the best available practices.

7. Service modifications

MIDigital reserves the right to modify service prices and conditions with 30 days' advance notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to ongoing contracts.
